Lion King the St Killian’s Musical
On December 18th, we had our school Christmas play. It is the first of its kind in St. Killian’s and we really set the bar high. We performed the Lion King and not only did we put on one amazing show, but we did just as an incredible second show as well. We performed for over 200 people, who were made up of our family and some special guests. I am sure anyone who saw the show can only say, it was just magical. Not a dry eye in the house. Our parents, grandparents, brothers, sisters and all our teachers and SNAs are so proud. We were so good the Board of Management bought all the children and staff pizza. They worked so hard. Thank you to Jen, Peter and Viv for putting this all together. It would not have been possible without all the work put in behind the scenes from them and all the staff. Thanks also to the staff who worked on the balloon arch and decorations Catherine, Suzie and Emer. The hall looked unreal. Merry Christmas!
Santa and Mrs Claus
We had very special visitors in St Killian’s on the 10th of December, Santa and Mrs Claus. We have been very good boys and girls here in St Killian’s as we all got selection boxes. The staff must have been on the naughty list as they got no selection boxes. Thank you to Michelle D for organising the visit. She has friends in high places knowing Santa and Mrs Claus.
